All of the parents in this unique online group are looking to heal from this isolating, crazy, and extraordinarily painful type of bereavement, either with or without reconnection with their adult children.
Being part of the group you get support, ideas, resources, and connection with others to help with the feeling of isolation that can occur as a result of being rejected by your adult children.
I play an active role in the group. Holding the space and sharing my experience of my own estrangement by my 3 adult daughters and their children, my grandchildren.
You can be as quiet or as participatory as you want.
One of the things that many of the women (of which we are the majority In the group, by far) say, is that to share and realise they are not the only ones in this nightmare situation has been the saving of them.

There is the option to donate to the service if you consider you receive value from being a member.

It’s voluntary, not essential, and it will in no way determine any level of attention or inclusion if you choose to give or not to give.
It’s completely self managed so you get to decide how much and for how long. No contract or tie in of any sort.

Healing Parents Local Groups
Healing Parents of Estranging Adult Children has started to expand into peer-led community support groups.
Reconciling Parents of Estranging Adult Children Group
Workshops and Conferences
Healing Parents and Workshop Weekends are held in various venues around the world.
This group is the next step on from the Healing Group. It's for parents who are either already struggling through reconciliation, worrying about their adult children seeking reconcilation sometime in the future, or for parents who have a tendency to 'egshell walk' around their adult children.
In this membership group you will:
1. Receive personal and 'specific to you' guidlance and support for as long as you decide to remain a member.
2. Learn, explore, and practice new communication skills to use with your adult child, or children, and maybe other people in your life too!
3. Explore emotions and how to handle them - be more responsive rather than reactive.
The joining fee for this group is $20 per month, paid monthly and for as long as you feel you are getting value. You can leave the group and deactivate your monthly payment at any time.
There is interaction with me, and each other, similar to the Healing group. There are topic areas to study and practice with each other. There are two Zoom group calls each month where we will be together in an online group setting.
You can join at any stage as the content is largely driven by your own requirements at each session and posting. To join this group, please click on the PayPal button below, and follow the instructions. Once payment is set up, I'll send you the link to join the group.

The conference sessions are open to all, whereas the workshops are for Healing Parents Members only.
Conferences are around the topics of what estrangement is, my personal experience of it, and the purpose and vision behind the Healing Parents service as a whole.
The workshops focus on individual stories, communication, and feelings management.
Mixed in with all of this is some downtime and social time too.
It's a great weekend to get connected with other Estranged Parents too.
